PS2 + Messiah!!

Hi there,

I've just got a Pioneer A04 DVD writer, and i've also got some
datasafe media from 121cdr.com, which i'm told is the best one to
use... After trying to backup State of emergency, using the test
before writing option on primo prazzi DVD, it came up with
Buffer underrun error...
I then tried to burn the same game with Nero V5.5.8 (i think -
it's the latest version) and it seemed to have done it, taking
an hour to create an image on the hard drive (having had to
install Windows XP), and then burn at 1X onto the media..

It didn't boot up on the playstation 2 (chipped with Messiah),

Any help would be most appreciated..

Tezzi

P.S : the modchip is installed correctly as it played a friends
backup disc on the same type of media...

Buffer underrun error is because you've got something else running on the PC that interferes with the DVD burning, or because you've got the A04 on the same IDE channel as your hard drive.

The fact that Nero didn't have this error was due to the same circumstances not occurring in your PC.

So did you burn it correctly as per the turorials on www.psxcopyworld.co.uk?
