Tiger Woods 2002 question

I have a dvd-rip of Tiger Woods 2002, and it loads fine with my neo key. But, when I get into the game, I cannot play. I was told that there is a trick that needs to be done for this game, has anyone heard about it?

press L1 at the menu. the tutorial is messed up.

I'll try that, thanks. Is the tutorial messed up period in the game, or only when it is ripped?

It worked, very cool. One thing I did notice last night is that I get buzzing sounds every once in awhile in the game. When I go to the menu, it stops, but once back in the game I get the buzzing again. Have you come across this?
