does anybody know where I can get instructions for installing the new 100 percent compatible with all american console into my version 1 NTSC console?

None are published yet no is the chip available yet.

ahhh, I intend to buy the latest version from lik-sang.com (USA version, they claim it has full NTSC support) which comes out on the 10th, they have install instructions for v3, v4, and v5, but not v1 and I don't want to buy the chip unless I can be sure that I'll have instructions for it very soon after
