patching james bond

Hello

I have just tryed patching a backup of agent under fire with a ntsc to pal patch and I have tried 2 times now and can not get it to work.I read to my hard drive with cdrwin patched it with a pff o matic and then i write it onto a cdr.????????????????

Somebody please help me
