Question Newbie...ISO rippers?

Sup y'all!

I'm very new to the whole backup world, so this question may look pretty dumb. I'm trying to make back-ups of my Soul Reaver and Illbleed, but don't know how to get the files out of the iso's it gives me.
Plus I'm running crappy WinXP, so I don't know if that's a prob, but I got WinISO, ISO buster, CDmage, & WinImage, and none of them do anything. Or at least I can't get them to.
Also Illbleed comes out as one track that's a Gig +.

Thumbs down tried to burn, didn't work

I tried to burn it onto a disc, and it does absolutely nothing.
My pc can't even read the CD (It keeps telling me to insert a disc).
Does anyone have any suggestions? How do I get the files of the track.iso's? I'm lost.
Can someone help me please.

Just out of curiosity, you're not trying to use these programs to make copies of an original Dreamcast game disc, are you? Since you specifically stated "ISO rippers", I initially thought you were talking about ripping the data out of .ISO or .CDI files. Looking closely into your message it appears that you're under the misimpression that you can copy original GD-ROM discs (Sega-branded Dreamcast games) using an "ISO-ripper". If this is the case, it is not true! The only way to "RIP" original Sega Dreamcast game discs (GD-ROM) is by attaching your Dreamcast to your PC by serial or ethernet connection, and running special software on both. The ripping will take you overnight, then you'll have to hack, downsample and try to get the results into a new image to fit a (smaller) CD-R disc.

One last thing: There is ******NO WAY****** to copy an ORIGINAL Dreamcast GD-ROM disc using a CDRW drive. It is impossible. A GD-ROM holds a gigabyte of data and your CDRW drive isn't capable of reading anything beyond the small boot header found on the inside ring of the data. There is a separate and different density game data section on a GD-ROM and you can even see where the data tracks are separated.

Smile hehehehe

I may be new, but I'm not stupid
I do understand about GD-Roms and how they're read. I'm just kinda lost when it comes to making back-ups of my games.
The real reason I want to do so is because my discs are so scratched, after I leant them to my cousin, that they barely play.

I have a DC->PC coders cable.
And it did take me over night for both the isos

Then I got 3 tracks from Soul Reaver and 1 track from Illbleed.

Let me rephrase the question, under a new light.
Is it possible to extract any data from the trackxx.iso I get after uploading GD-Rom data all night

Or, can I just start downsampling the trackXX.iso/trackXX.raw from their isoed state.

Sorry, about the misunderstanding.

Thanx for the reply Wayne, hope this helps.

Megalexxx is on a distinguished road
Apparently, you need a tool called "extract".
You should check on DC Copy World.
