What Combo is best for backing up my games?

Hi,

I currently have the Plextor 12/10/32A with firmware vers. 1.04 as my CDR-W and a Toshiba sd-m1502 DVD as my reader, this combo can not produce a working back up copy of SD2, would i be better off going with a different burner, perhaps SCSI, and if so what models would be the best? I want to be able to produce working backup copies of my games that will work with most cd-roms, dvd-roms, etc. Please, any info would be great. THANKS!

What are you talking about u can back up games with your burner!! Use clone cd & I can send u a detection program which detects protection on games. And tells u the settings to use in clone cd!!
Safe disc is on Black & White!!
To copy just simply copy the raw data off the game from the cd (open cd manualy from D: or e: drive (cd-rom) Make sure u have the settings on in the folder to see hidden files. Then copy all the files into a temp directionery on your HDD. Then drag on to blank disc and copy!! U may need a crack or patch for the game, that should be easy to find in this web site!!

Hope this helped!!
