I went to this web site and this sounds great! has anyone any info on this chip? if so please respond, i also noticed that their was no way to buy it or what is the deal?

that's the standard messiah available everywhere. the page exists for a long time already. they only sell to re-sellers in large quantities.

Messiah is the best chip on the market and will play all import PS2 games, PS1 games, CD-R and DVD-R all region.
However it requires technical soldering to be installed so be prepared and make sure you know what you are doing or get a pro to do it for you.
