If you use Clone CD 4 and tell it that it's a Game CD then it'll do it's best to copy it for you.
If it can't then you can try using the settings from Clony XXL If that doesn't work then your drive can't copy Safedisk 2 (in the case of B&W) so you should download a crack at GCW
