Datel x-port!

Hello everyone!

Do any of you guys know where I can download the x-port ps2 disc from?

I've downloaded the pc software from datels site and have a usb link (xlink, works with laplink) cable ready to go.

Just can't find the ps2 software.

None of my local stores have the kit or I would have just bought it!

Any ideas?

UPDATE!

OK, I FOUND A X-PORT V1 (NOT THE NEW V2!) IN DIXONS,
THE PS2 DISC WOULD NOT BOOT!

I ALSO HAVE DVD REGION X THAT CAME FREE WITH PSI2 ISSUE 18,
THAT WOULD NOT RUN EITHER!

IT SEEMS THE GUYS AT DATEL ARE MAKING SURE THESE ITEMS DONT WORK ON A MESSAIH CHIPPED MACHINE.

ANYONE ELSE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM?

WOULD THE NEW VERSION OF X-PORT WORK?

THANKS,

actually it's not Datel's fault, but sony's. I assume you have a pretty new system, because sony locked out any AR2 below version 2.0x and any region X below version 2.0 from booting. only the new versions will work on those PS2s.

Exclamation

Without the Xport disk for PS2, can you still save games using the xport PC software and USB link?
