Question How do I insert cd keys onto my backups

I am trying to create backups with the cd key installed, Can anyone help me?

write your cd key on the backup. the cd key is conveniently located on or near the original media.

backups of what? many things use cd keys..i'm assuming an operating system of some sort?

you could just copy the enitre original to the harddrive and then before burning the backup, add a text file with your cd-key in it and burn it.
