Question what is the best dvdmedia 4 dvr-a03

What is the best dvd media for burning backup dvd movies? I have
dvr-A03.

DVDR 4.7GB disks can only hold about 4.4GB data.

Most DVD movies these days, with all the frilly bits, exceed the capacity of the DVDR.

If you use a good DVD editing program you can take out all the extras (credits, menus, etc) and get most DVD movies below the 4.4 gig limit. I would use Apple DVD-R's. I have copied everything from PS2 games thru DVD movies and haven't had any problems.

DVD Media

Well I was backing up two movies The 6th Day and Behind Enemy Lines and without the extras the movie .vob file is still almost 6GB. So the MPAA is making it impossible to make a copy of just a movie from a DVD to a DVD let alone making a DVD to DVD copy

just burnt my first DVD-r
pioneer DVR 104
Bulkpaq media
DVD Totall recall.......4.3 gig stripped of all bet movie

Played on PS2 upto half way then started skipping
Player on PC dvd player 3/4 way then crashed
Played on DVD writer most of the way but a few skips at the end
then froze

Bulkpaq........complete crap for DVD...lets hope they ok for data
as i've got 30 of the bu..ers.........but only 89p each
Next i will try Datasafe DVD RW
