Thanks man I didn't know about that.... ANyway what's the best option get a Japanese Console and chipped it with Origa or keep my US V3 Console and chip with NEO4....
Messiah works without problem in any Europe Console?

NEO4 is bad news. Chip your US v3 with Origachip. That oes everything - it's a great chip.

Messiah works without problem on all PAL consoles.

What's the difference US COnsole and Pal COnsole.... How can I identify.... there's something writte in back of the console or in the box? Thanks again man I'm newbie in this...

PAL = european system.

NTSC-U/C or at least the word NTSC should be on the back of a US console.
