Please need help to start backup cds using Dvd Region x and Neo 2.2

I have tried this without succes

1.Powered of system after inserting dvd region x
2. Powered up
3.Changed cd at the region option
4. pressing start (reader begins to load and screen goes black)

(I think i was pretty fast) heard you have 7 sek

So please give me very clear instructions or give me a good link
and i will be very grateful

ps. Have already tried 4 cd fabrikmade in Thailand.

you can't play dvd-r (or HK silvers for that matter) with region X. you need an AR2 1.9x or GS2 1.7x.

or get an origa, that's easier to find and will boot dvd-r with a single swap with region x, just like cdrs, doesn't damage the laser, and also plays original imports.

Well its actually fabricprinted cds of the org dvds. But that about Silver Hk. Do you mean all cd with silver back or some brand?

Thanx anyway for your answering. Will ask the chip inserter, a pro, if i can have Ar or Gs instead if thats the problem

HK silvers are pressed dvd copies. they are identical to burned DVD-R copies in that they need to be booted like one. you treat them the very same way as a dvd-r backup.
also make sure you get the right AR version.

Oh then i understand. Actually i got some to work later yeasterday with the Ea-boot method.
