Help with Neo 2.2 and 80min backups

Well, here's my problem : most of the 80min backup i burned are not working.I have a Neo 2.2 (AR v2) and v4 PS2, and when i do the swap trick the CD seem to boot normally but it stops at the usual black screen, the CD finally stop spinning.

I managed to burn some 80min backup already : Kings field, etc ... So my question is where or what is the problem ? Just tried Dynasty Warrior USA with Nero (track at once & disc at once) and it does the same, boot and then CD stop spinning with both methods.

Any help would really be much appreciated, thanks in advance =)

try using different blanks, many manufacturers use different dyes for 74 and 80 blanks, which means the readability can be different too.
