Does Utopia Boot Disk 1.2 support VGA

Does it work with VGA? What is new from 1.1 to 1.2?

I've just found this in an article :
"Converters that will work with Shenmue II include Interact's GameShark, Blaze's DC-X, and the Utopia Boot Disk (though the latter does not have VGA box support). "

So I guess it doesn't support VGA.
