dvdrip boot question

I am sorry for the bonehead question but I haven't loaded a dvdrip in a long time and I forgot how. Can somebody please tell me or link me to where there are dvdrip boot instructions for a neo 2.2 and a game shark.

i used to load em with standard boot
but i used fmxtreme not ar2
