subchannel

How can I now (see) if somethings is been written in the subchannel. Is there no program for ?

my problem :
I've a yamaha 8424s scsi (SOA+sub RAW) and the plextor 12x10x32x scsi (DAO RAW). I used clonecd.
I wanted to backup SYNDEY 2000 (PSX). IS PROTECTED.
If I copy the game with the yamaha I don't work.
I NOW THE REASON ( I can't select "Don't Repiar subchannel data").
Now I made a backup witch the plextor (I can select "don't repair subchannel".)
Now I have 2 copies and they are different. (plextor WORKS & yamaha not)
How can I see the difference ? I wanted to know which one works and which not works.
