Question CDRWIN + NEO4 problem??

I have my PS2 fitted with a NEO4 modchip and all backups I obtained work perfectly. BUT........Whenever I download a CDRWIN image from the internet and burn the image the PS2 does recognize the CD as being a PS2 CD, but whenever trying to play the game, the PS2 starts spinning for a few seconds, and the browser screen comes on again.

Maybe the images must be patched??????

The only game that I got to work is 'Wave Rally'. I allready tried WRC, Peter Pan, Independence day and a few more!!

Can anybody help me with this problem!?!!?
