Simpsons Road Rage NTSC RIP KIT?

Why is it so hard to find NTSC Kits? I found
a link to Road rage NTSC by CALL911 but it was forbidden!!

I know there's NTSC kits out there! Someone please throw
me a bone!!

Nevermind, I had to figure it out myself!

After staring at hex code for a while, and based on what
I read from the PAL KIT, I managed to figure out the
NTSC DVD check offsets. They are not at the same location
but they are close!

What the hell was in those 2 GIG Data files!? Sweet nothing
I guess!!

Now if I Kan only figure out why GTA3 kit didn't work!!
