750 mb file on cdr

hello i hope someone can help im trying to backup res for the first
time.
the cdi file is 750mb and i only have 700mb cdr's.
if i set diskjuggler to 800mb size will the burn work to a 700mb cdr.

Just burn with your default settings. Because it goes by minutes, not MB. If it won't fit on a CD-r it will warn you before burning.l
