Unhappy AddZerO not responding (Converting .bin to .iso)

I am trying to create a backup for my PS2 game. Have successfully recorded image to hard drive using CDRWin but cannot convert .bin file to .iso . When I enter the input and output filenames in AdZerO FrontEnd and press convert the AddZerO exe opens but does not run and task manager tells me that FrontEnd Gs2 patch is not responding.

Need A Solution, please help

If you cannot use cdrwin to burn the bin file try fireburner

Question

I want to convert it to an iso file so that I can boot my PS2 backup without a modchip.

My OS is XP, do I need a patch/driver in order to run AddZerO on XP
