This is protected with one of the earliest versions of Safedisk 2. Check here to see if your drive can copy SD2 (must be capable of correct EFM coding).
If it is, then tick Fast Error Skip while reading.

If it's not, which I don't think it is, you could try doing the above but also enabling Amplify Weak Sectors while writing.

If that doesn't work, then either download the fixed exe and setup exe (if there is one) from GCW or make them yourself using Unsafedisk.

Remember that the setup.exe is also protected so you have to "fix" it as well.

What you need to look for as well is it's capability of 'correct EFM coding'.

If it isn't then use Unsafedisk (see the link at top of page).
1) Copy all dll's along with main exe to a temp directory
2) Run Safedisk Dumper of exe, creates a data.bin file
3) Run Safedisk Rebuilder on this file, this creates the new fixed exe
4) Rename the exe to what the original was
5) Do the same for the setup.exe
6) Copy contents of CD (do for both CD's) to a temp directory, replace the original exe with the new ones, then burn back to CD-R with the SAME CD LABEL.
