messiah Jap DVD

Can the Messiah play DVD imports , if so what am I doing wrong?

I have tried two jap DVDS Jeepers Creepers and Cherry Falls both films don't want to boot .

Are you talking about DVD movies?

Are you using the messiah clone that you got from charlie?

If both answers are yes, then read on:

What you got is a messiah lite, that does not allows you to play imported dvd movies.

You'll need to use DVD Region X or AR2 V2 to select the different region of dvd to play.

correct messiah clones r form messiah lite (no dvd film multi region)

Thanks Jack & Dust for the info.

The Messiah has come from Charlie and its was the first chance Iv'e had to try a Jap DVD movie.

I thought your answer might be the case but I was not sure if I hadn't installed it properly.
I have now managed to get them both to boot with DVDX but it was very hit and miss, I have found that if I press the reset button twice it works.
