Problem with Discjuggler

Hi Group, im new here and I am having trouble getting Discjuggler to work with my writer. I have a phillips CD-RW, but I don't know the model number, but windows lists it as a"ide-CD R/RW 4x4x24" and the drive is the white one with the flip down door with the little dents in and the round grey power button. Discjuggle has a red X in the window when u look at the screen where it shows ur writer, which I assume means the drive is not compatible. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
