Angry No Soldering ModChip + v5 Console (Type - R)

Hello peoples!

We have a (PAL) PS2 (SCPH-3000x "R" model) and one of this
new no soldering modchip (URL at bottom). Works, but not really.
About 60-70 percent of all my games doesen't load/run on
the new modchip... well, DAMN IT!

Games compare to a v4 console with Neo2.2 + AS/GS 2.2:

- Pirates:
Neo2.2: ALL OK ---> NoSolderMod: Freeze PS2 in "Loading" scr.
(Drive is spinning high, after a while slow down)

- Pacman3D:
Neo2.2: ALL OK ---> NoSolderMod: Freezes after a couple of sec.
(Drive is spinning high, after a while slow down)

- Monkey Island 4:
Neo2.2: ALL OK --> NoSolderMod: NO Booting after Swap. Freeze.

- RayMan "M"
Neo2.2: ALL OK --> After Swap loading Blackscreen and freeze.

-Herdy Gerdy
Neo2.2: ALL OK --> After Swap, no loading. Freeze in AR/GS scr.

-Soldier of Fortune
Neo2.2: ALL OK --> After Swap loading Blackscreen and freeze.

....the list continues and continues for about 25(!) games....
bahhhh!!!

DAMN ! DAMN ! DAMN !

Someone knows whats the type is of the modchip used in this
no soldering solution ? I think (chip-layout) its a neo2.2 or 2.5.
But, not sure. And, if it is a neo2.x, why the games won't run
on the new v5 ?? Maybe, sony has changed some routines in
the PS bios against "Datel's" AR/GS ?

Someone know whats going on??

thanks!!
