Vobrator Question

Hi everyone, I'm using Vobrator V.02b to strip down a dvd so it will fit on a dvdr. I have 7 parts to do and 5 are done with no problem. The 6th and 7th won't work. Part 6 will work until it gets to the end then the credits start, thats when the writing jumbs back and forth along with the music. Is this a problem with Vobrator? or am I doing something wrong.
