sbox + klonoa 2 / bomberman kart problems

i have v5 us board (my ver isnt compatible with the "No Solder chip")
+ sbox

klonoa 2 (fraglesSC iso 632m) freezes on boot.
bomberman kart(with ea patch) freeze at black boot screen too ,but sometimes it does works fine.

can it be bad cdr media? or images?
gt concept/ vf4 omega / bust a move2 are working fine with same media
