DVD HELP!!!!!

CAN I BURN DVD'S WITH OUT A DVD DRIVE?

I KNOW ITS PROBIBLY A STUPID QUESTION BUT I DON'T KNOW IT SORRY =)

There is no way to read a DVD without a DVD drive therefore you can't burn them without one
