Help With Burning DVD Backups

Just started to learn how to back up my dvd collection. Im using DVD2Mpg Squeezer to rip, but how do i burn them to make a VCD Copy and what programme should i use to burn them with.

i would use nero its the best at #####ing your mpgs to make then 100% vcd complent
