You won't be able to make a perfect copy with Nero, Clone CD is the best

Start up Clony with and click on scan cd. It will tell you that Hot Date has Safedisk 2 protection and will tell you to tick 'Fast Error Skip' while reading. I believe your writer can copy Safedisk 2 so you won't have a problem with Hot Date.
Clony will give you the correct settings to use in Clone CD. Start up Clone CD and use the correct settings and you shouldn't have a problem.
Also - read to an image file from your writer as it can usually read the protection better, then burn to cd.

BTW - Hot Date may have a secondary protection called ATIP protection - Clony won't detect this. This basically checks to see if the cd is pressed or burnt. If it's a copy it won't run. Only cd-writers can check ATIP so you could just play it in a normal CD-ROM, or you could use Clone CD's 'Hide CD-R Media' feature which you can find in the Clone CD tray. With this running in the background it will let you play it in your writer.
