Nero & Xp

My PC has XP Home and Nero 5.5, however when I try to back-up games they complete the burn process but I can't install the game afterwards. Am I doing something wrong or does XP not permit backing up of games.

do you have the latest patch for nero in XP?

also what burner do you have and what game are y ou backing up?

Go to My Computer, CD-RW, Properties, Recording and uncheck the box "Allow recording on this drive" because this refers to conflicting Roxio software.

wolfe, what does that fix? you simply CANT burn a backup with nero unless this game was created before mosiac came out (or thereabouts)
