you need to extract dvd contents to c:\
using isobuster is the best way then if using a ripkit unpack kit into same folder and run .bat`s in specified order to create iso then burn with cdrwin cdromxa mode 2 write post gap and finalize disk ntsc is us format pal is european hope this helps queeg
