Just fitted Origa Chip 1.12 for pal 30003r

any one know the correct procedure you need to bootup ps1 & 2 backups when useing the Ar 2.02 and a origa chip

Unfortunately after all that soldering I'v done me dough, wish I'd waited for those clone chips to show.

Hi mate,

I don't want to talk you out of your Messiah/Clone (!) but the correct way on Origa with PS1 backups is to have the PS2 in standby; press EJECT; doubble mouse click RESET and the tray closes and boots the game. That's how it should work.

PS2 backups with AR2: Select Play Game; press X; tray ejects; place backup PS2 game in tray; close tray; select without codes; press X; should boot.

It looks like I will have to check my wiring again

If I keep my thumb pressed on the reset button it goes to the logo and then starts reving faster and faster but it never boots

any sugestions on what pins I should be checking A9 is an obivious candiate

do you know what points are the critical ones

P.S. I'm still not talked out of the clone yet so don't worry

Origa For PS2 it's A1-A9; use a magnifying glass. For PS1 it's B6, B9 and S

Messia/Clone ... but who pays first gets. I am well oversubscribed! Shortlist needs closing down matye!
