Hi Nightstalker:
You seem to know what you're doing with the R Mod, I was hoping you may have a suggestion for me. I've got the R Mod with a GS V2.1 So far I can boot SSX Tricky on CDR but nothing else. NO DVDR (this is what I really want!) No PSX Backups. I've only got one DVDR so possibly it is the media? If it is, then I will need to find a new supplier as I dont make my own. Well if you have any suggestions, they would truly be appreciated. Thanks! JD

You may have got some poor backups seeing as SSX boots but the others dont, did you try the dvd-r boot method i posted earlier for GS2 v2.01?

That's my thought. Something must be working since
SSX Tricky CDR boots. My PSX backups boot on my PSX( and I wont ever play them on my ps2, just testing). So I guess I try to pick up a couple more DVDR and give them a try. Thanks for the reply. jd
