How do I handle *.bin-Files?

I have 2 large *.bin-files and I really don't know what to do with them. I don't have a CD-Writer. Is there a way to get them extracted? If there is one it would be nice if you explained it to me!

I found out by myself. Your just need to download "winiso" and it will do the rest...
