I have the same problem ....the eject button won't work....but mine is a version 4 and i followed all the instructions on soldering....the eject button just doesn't light up
I tried switching the silver cable with another one ...but it still doesn't work....any there anyway to make the tray eject maunually? I hope I didn't break my PS2....cause there is nothing on the screen when power it up....just flickers once when i power it up.. Please help if you can Thanks -Nincat9
