Anti-mod for Pop N' Music 4 & 5 (Or can I patch this myself?)

Sorry I'm new to this too.

Does anyone have the Anti-mod lockout patch (preferably the patch) or code for Pop N' Music 4 and 5 for PlayStation?

But if anything, I want to know, can I create my own patch or something myself? Is there a utility?

And yea I look through the old topics, but I haven't read one that answers my question. Thanks!
