Anyone who knows how to handle with the crack file for "Wer wird Millionär JUNIOR"?

For "Wer wird Millinär JUNIOR" i have downloaded the crack file wwmxxx.ace! My questionn is: What i have to do with this "ace file" now? In gamecopyworld stands that i must replace the original game.exe with this one??? But the downloaded file is a ace file, i don´t now how to handle this file! Thanks for answering.
