hmmmm, what's the ebst version of CloneCD?

I was wondering where everyone is getting this 'Amplify Weak Sectors' option in their CloneCD program, I just downloaded the latest version, and the option isn't in there. But, it also said during installation that it would be disabled, so I took it out, changed the country in the 'Regional Settings' in the control panel (Windows 98) and tried again. This time, the message wasn't there (The one saying It would be disabled) but it still isn't in the program. What now?
