no i dont really know anyway around this.
why dont you try reinstalling the game & apply only these 3 upgrades 1.20 , 1.30 ,& 1.40 the cracked Upgrades worked for me oh' yeah and after you apply one upgrade restart your computer before applying the next upgrade(apply 1.20 reboot apply 1.30 reboot apply 1.40) There is also a download from Ofp official web site that checks the CRC of your operation flashpoint it will tell you if your install ir corrupt codmasters.com
