Wizardry 8 CD Copying Procedure

Anyone out there know a way to successfully copy disc 3 of Wizardry 8 (the one apparently with the copy protection on it!) Using CD Clone, and the setting suggested by CGW, I can get a copy that will install correctly, but when you try to use it to play gives you a *something*.temp error. The crack on CGW works, but I'm curious to see if there's a way to copy the disc accurately. Thanks in advance.
