K1 Grand Prix (Japan) - Can anyone get this game to boot?

It's ntsc format, but is there some kind of special boot required? Won't boot with Starchip/Gameshark2.

i have make the nomod rebuild kits is for gs ver 1.3 and above

u can get the kits here
