patching your ps2 games

how do you go about patching ea sports games, does anyone know, walk me through it, i don't wanna screw it up cause i have never done it before

This guy will tell you to shove a knife into your PS2, twist it and expect for ever not to dislodge the eject pin or pull out the wiring loom or nack the laser/lens assembly. IGNORE HIM

If you are able to use CloneCD to copy an EA CD game and you have an internal modchip and your reader/burner is fully compatible with CloneCD, then no patching is required for EA games.

If the game is downloaded, it should burn with CDRWin and no further patches would be needed.
