what protection does civ3 use?

a patch just came out and wondering what software i have to use to crack the patch..or does any 1 have any ideas on how i can do this.ie... unsafedisc_2_40_102 ??? which one works..thx in advance!

1.07f used safedisc v2.40.10

1.16f (both of the releases of it...) is safedisc v2.51.21

I dont think there is any public tool available to fix anything newer than 2.40.10 so you and the rest of us are going to have to wait for a professional to get the job done.
