My copies don't work Properly any Suggestions?

I have a Sony CRX 140e Cd Rewriter and i used DDump to read the games and Blindwrite to Copy and ive also tried Clone CD. The games were MAX PAYNE + WORMS WORLD PARTY + RED FACTION. They read fine, and write fine but when installing MAX PAYNE a few errors come up at 100% options are ABORT RETRY or IGNORE i chose IGNORE and it went on but when the game was started it said Please insert correct CD which i think means Safedisc kicked in. and worms did the same. Please help im completely useless at this stuff. PLEAASSSSSEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

the max payne backup didn't work in XP, asking to reinsert the cd. HOwever, it worked perfectly in win98...kinda weird....

try writing at a slower speed....
