Can someone tell me how or where I can get the no cd patch : CM3962NOCD.EXE for cm 2001-02.

Game Copy World CM 01-02 have a link to the patch for both the v.3.9.60 and the update v.3.9.62 :

Very Annoying, whats the point in saying how to use the patch if it doesn't tell u where to get it!
