how can I make a copy of red faction with clone cd ?

hi , i tried to make a copy of red faction using the indication on gamecopyworld with clone cd but it doesn't work and it blocks at 80 percent , do you know how to make a copy ?:

Usually i use CloneCD and CLonyXL to copy my games...however the day i got Red Faction i was looking at other software

I had downloaded Blindwrite v1.103 from ####://www.blindwrite.com/
I copied Red Faction using this software and it works fine, i didn't have to change any settings at all.

CloneCD should be able to copy it however and ClonyXL doesn't detect any Safedisc 2 protection on mine.

Red Faction is really a tricky one. Noway to make working backup out of it (with my HW). Ive tried everything and believe me or not but never before I needed help for dumbing a cd (3 years down with GCW). No I'am outnumbered.

There seems to be one dump file and some modification of safedisc v2 (?). The fun part begins at 79% with CloneCD and mr.Winles blinks BS to my face and crashes. This was the result when dumbing it with my Plextor 2410W (EMF comf.).

"Failed to read Sector 280000" (-> ...X sectors). I dumbed this one 3 hours but then got bored and cancelled. I used my Pioneer DVD105S that time.

Track 1: Data Mode 1, Size: 799542 kBytes
Track 2: Audio, Size: 2200 kBytes
Track 3: Data Mode 1, Size: 2696 kBytes

The file Cd.idx is protected somehow (ca. 700mb) and it cannot be copied to hd.

I have tried almoust every compinations of options that CloneCD can provide but nothing matches.
Even installed CloneXL (lameme

and it names this protection as "ProtectCD-VOB".

and me ? can i make a copy of red faction (CD1) with nero 5.5.2.4 ??

Ohh , Boys .. Its so easy to make a copy of Red Faction ...
Take the Program "Blind Read / Write" (www.blindread.com) .
Read the Disc with Blindread (Mode 1) & burn the disc with Blindwrite (or CDRwin) (www.goldenhawk.com) .
I make my copy so :
Read the disc with Blind Read
Write the Disc with CDRwin .
It works perfect .
You don`t need a crack . All work . Singleplayer , Multi , Autoupdate ..
EVERYTHING ...
Thats all ..

Ahh, I forgot something ..
RF isn`t protected by SF1 or SF2 . Its protected with dummy files . And only CD 1 is protected . The Multiplayer CD isn`t protected !

You can use Clone cd version 3.1.1.0 if you set read settings with intelligent bad sector checked along with don't report read errors and fast error skip also checked. Worked fine first time but does hang for a bit at 80%.

It's worrying if you can't get your Plex 24X to copy it with Clone CD - especially for me cos i just bought a new one.
Did you use Clony to get the correct settings to use?

use blindwrite suite 1.1.0.3 it works very good
with this you can make a PERFECT copy of all cd you want.

i tried using blindwrite to burn it
i had had problems installing it. came up with something wrong with cab file. & was with the orignal cd
