Backing up Black & White

Does anyone know why the executable and patch archives for B & W were take down from the gamecopyworld website? I do not own a burner which can do DAO and hence cannot make a perfect copy of the game disc without some form of patch.

Can anybody give me instructions on how to do this please.

I notice that you have given that reply to a lot of messages. I have downloaded the file, but could perhaps be a little more verbose in your instructions for making a backup cd? I do not need a no-cd patch as I have the original.
