Get a copy of Clone CD, (jus look 4 it). Your Plex should is able to handle this protection (I think it's only Safedisk 1)
Read to an image file with Clone CD using ur Plex Use these settings: Fast Error Skip - Read Retrys 0, Software and check Read Subchannel Data from Data Tracks and Audio Tracks just to be safe. This will make a perfect 1:1 copy of it (if it's Safedisk 1) - get a copy of Clony just to check. If it is something different, it'll tell ya the settings to use in Clone CD.
