Red Faction back up problems

I have had the same problems backing up red faction d1-I have tried
nero, clone, disc juggler, blind read. Nothing worked-I copy the disk fine but the install asked for disk 0 ????

The way i got round it was just to do a full install and copy that to disk with the no-cd crack.

not ideal-but it works.
